I haven't owned a scale for probably years. It seems all they did was let me down. I know it's not the scale's fault, but you know what I mean. So, though I was excited to review this product, I was hesitant as well.
The scale is made of tempered glass and is pretty thin. I just imagined standing on it and the entire thing breaking into a million pieces, but it held up just fine. It is quite sturdy! Once I stood on the scale I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Was I only 18 lbs heavier than I was before I got pregnant with my now 12 year old son? That's just crazy talk!
So I had my 20 year old son (who actually knows how much he weighs) get on the scale and try it out for accuracy. He gets on it and jumps off and says "Yeah, Mom it's right". So even though this scale is well made, perfectly accurate and has an easy switch from lbs to kgs, that's not my only reason for loving it!
It's a great quality scale and has an extremely sleek design. It would make a great stylish addition to anyones restroom. I received this item for reviewing purposes. All opinions stated, whether self-purchased or provided for review, are completely those of my own.
