I received these and at first had absolutely no idea what they were. My son often orders car parts for his car so I assumed that's what they were so I sat them in his room. A few days later I remembered and told him he had some car parts that he ordered. He assured me he didn't order any. So I went to the task of trying to figure out what they were. After some research, I figured it out.
The problem is that the photos representing the product on amazon do not in any way resemble the actual product that you receive. And the product that you receive comes with zero instructions and very little labelling to explain what it is.

I contacted the seller explaining to give them a chance to rectify the situation. Maybe instructions or packaging was accidentally left out of mine? After 10 days I had received no response, so I am going ahead with my review.
I found a video from another reviewer that actually had instructions on how to make the lights work, so I could at least test out if mine functioned. They come screwed together by twos. You have to unscrew them, then unscrew each individual piece to remove a protective piece of plastic so the batteries make contact. Once screwed back together, the lights will blink when in movement.
I'm sure these would be cool on a bike but I wouldn't expect the circle of light on the tire as shown in the picture above. Until the company fixes their packaging, instructions and customer service problems, I can't say that I would recommend this product.
